In Loving Memory of Cami (aka Squirt, Peanut and Tank)
October 31, 2012 – June 1, 2025
After a brief illness, our sweet and sassy girl passed away peacefully at home on June 1, 2025, surrounded by her loving family and her devoted sister, Nala. She was 13 years old.
Rescued at the age of 2 from Noah’s Ark Animal Rescue, Cami quickly became the heart of our home. Small in size but full of personality, she brought immeasurable joy, laughter, and love into our lives. She loved long walks, snuggling close during quiet naps, and never said no to a snack — or really, anything edible.
Cami had a zest for adventure and a stubborn streak to match. She taught herself how to roll the car window down and made every ride an event, barking joyfully at every passing scene. Whether she was curled up with one of her parents or alerting the neighborhood of her presence, she made sure we knew how much she loved us — and how much she was in charge.
She wasn’t just a pet. She was our baby, our companion, and our constant source of unconditional love. Cami’s spirit, loyalty, and quirky charm will live on in our hearts forever.
We miss her deeply and will cherish the memories she gave us for the rest of our lives.
