Sammy was our special birthday boy. He was born on one family member’s birthday and became ours on another family member’s birthday. He never fully realized he was a small dog. He thought he was king and ruled the neighborhood as if he was. He has a lot of canine friends and frenemies that I’d like to think are running around with him now. He was so full of life and loved going for walks even up through his last day. I hope there are a lot of squirrels in doggie heaven for you to watch and chase. We loved you so much and will miss you every day.
